In June 2024, a Dominican customer approached us through inquiry and was very interested in our machines, asking for a lot of information. However, due to the characteristic of Dominicans, they do not trust foreign suppliers very much if they can not see physical objects, so I recommended him to visit the old customer site and shared pictures and videos, telling him that we had exported many machines to the Dominican Republic. Finally, the customer agreed to contact the old customer and visit the site.

After continuous following up, the customer went to the site of our old customer in the Dominican Republic to see the operation of the machine, he was very satisfied with our machine, and left many photos with the machine. However, the payment has not been arranged according to the agreed time, and the project has not made much progress.

In September, our manager and a colleague who can speak Spanish flew to the Dominican Republic to visit clients, so i invited them to meet with the manager for a detailed discussion. The meeting was very successful, and the client is also very interested in buying machines and even hopes to become our agent in the Dominican Republic. After 3 months of tracking and direct meeting with the client, finally the client successfully paid the deposit. Although the model is not large, I have also tasted the joy of victory.
